Knowles Farm is a medium sized, friendly yard set on the outskirts of Kirklevington village within easy reach of many large competitions centres, with easy access to the A19, and A1.

There are 16 stables on the yard, some in an American barn style building, with others opening directly onto the yard. They are all of a good size, with rubber matting, automatic water troughs and deep shavings beds. The yard also boasts fantastic facilities including:

• 25m x45m floodlit outdoor arena with a Martin Collins surface which is levelled daily
• small indoor arena with a fibre sand surface which is watered daily
• Monarch horsewalker
• solarium
• hot water wash down box
• an alarmed and heated tack room with tea/coffee making facilities
• CCTV which covers all the premises with a constantly locked gate at the drive entrance
• post and rail fencing with electric tape
• all year round turnout
• lorry storage

A yard worming plan is also in place. Group or individual turn out is available. There is a full set of showjumps and some cross country jumps and the yard is within easy reach of off road bridleways over acres of country side.
